Compact Panel
This panel has now been replaced by the Concept Panel The panels have an integral power supply to charge a set of batteries and auxiliary relays to interface with other panels, door magnets etc. There is a full set of fault indicators on the front of each panel to enable easy identification of problems. A fully monitored evacuate, class change input is provided which does not operate the auxiliaries and therefore can be used for panel to panel linking. The optional pre 1988 facility enables the panel to be used on old systems. Integral detector removal means that detectors and call points can be wired in any order to comply with BS5839:Part l 1991 Amendment, and is achieved with nothing more than the normal end of line resistor. The compact fire panels are available in two ranges, the conventional panels with two sounder circuits and the two wire panels. The two wire panels have the sounders fitted on the zones and the zone polarity is reversed in the alarm condition, special detector bases are also required for the two wire panels. Both ranges are available in two or four zones and the conventional panels have a single zone version, and have a one man test facility, auxiliary relay output, and remote evacuate class change input. The conventional panel has optional short circuit for fire facility whilst the two wire range has the ability to turn the sounders off.
The panels size is 300w x 200h x 85d and can be fitted with 2 x 3Ah batteries. |
