Solenoid Bells
Suitable for most fire alarm, security and industrial
alarm applications these attractively styled bells are available in a
wide range of voltages and gong diameters. Incorporating a traditional
interrupted solenoid movement giving a high sound output they are
suitable for external use when fitted with a weatherproof gasket box.
Two gong sizes, 6” & 8”, suit a wide variety of applications. A
multi-fixing base plate simplifies installation, while the central gong
disc may be customised to suit user requirements.

Roshni LP & Roshni Mains
The Roshni, firmly established as the industry standard
for fire alarm sounders, is a high specification cost effective unit
bristling with versatile features and providing a massive 28 tones.
The new Low Profile Roshni (Roshni LP) has a new neat, compact format
with the range of tones extended further to 32.
Both Roshni and Roshni LP are base compatible with the Xenon Beacons and
Flashni, making the units interchangeable and ideal for retrofit or
upgrade situations.

2-Wire Symphoni / 2-Wire Squashni
This range of products allows installation savings by
permitting sounders, detectors and call points to be installed on the
same two-wire circuit from a conventional control panel.
The addition of a small module, connected between the panel’s detection
and alarm zones, allows the 2 - Wire Symphoni and Squashni to operate
with unmodified conventional detectors and call points.

Flashni
A compact combination of a high output sounder and
beacon for areas requiring both audible and visual indication of alarms,
ideal for use in elderly peoples dwellings or noisy manufacturing areas.
Common connection terminals saves installation time while the use of
universal bases allows the units to replace Roshnis if building
requirements change.

Electronic Bell
The Electronic Solenoid bell utilises a unique patented method of
integrating a miniature solenoid with an electronic control circuit to give
increased reliability.
The low power requirements make the bells economic and effective in use. The
simple clip together assembly cuts installation time and no wiring box is
needed for surface cable installations. IP55 Weather resistant versions are
available.
Customised centre cover can be produced to user requirements. |

Askari Sounder
All three sounders in the Askari range have 28 signal tones available. The
Askari Compact is an ideal bedhead electronic sounder for use in hotel rooms
or in other sleeping areas, and may be flush or surface mounted. The Askari
Panel has been designed for instrumentation and control alarms and is
suitable for mounting into panel facias, whereas the Askari Flange has been
developed for mounting within cabinets or directly onto machines. |

Clarifire Sounders
The Clarifire 420 brings many benefits to users of
voice systems, the most obvious advance being the ability to broadcast
four messages. These are nominally configured to permit Evacuate, Alert,
All Clear and Test but the abilities of the system go much further.
Where situations require the communication of alarm conditions to a
building’s occupants the following benefits are provided
 | For optimum intelligibility, synchronisation is
provided for each messages across all circuits and under all operating
conditions. |
| To ensure user awareness of the precise
operational status of the system, indications are provided for each
sounder circuit. |
| An “Auto Alert” setting allows silent circuits to
be automatically put into an alert condition on alarm from the fire
detection and alarm (FD&A) panel. |
| For minimum disruption to building routines, two
test modes allow for weekly testing and commissioning work, minimising
confusion and maximising safety. Facilities are also incorporated which
prevent the system being locked inadvertently and left in a test
condition. |
| Master and Slave operation of control units
provides flexibility to match different system configurations and sizes. |
It is not only in the electronics where significant
advances have been made - care has also been taken with the aesthetics of
the control unit that uses a stylish plastic case to house the controls and
indications.
