The panels have an integral power supply to charge a set of batteries and auxiliary relays to interface with other panels, door magnets etc. There is a full set of fault indicators on the front of each panel to enable easy identification of problems. A fully monitored evacuate, class change input is provided which does not operate the auxiliaries and therefore can be used for panel to panel linking. The optional pre 1988 facility enables the panel to be used on old systems. Integral detector removal means that detectors and call points can be wired in any order to comply with BS5839:Part l 1991 Amendment, and is achieved with nothing more than the normal end of line resistor.

The standard fire panels are available in two ranges, the conventional range with four sounder circuits and the two wire range. The two wire system also have four sounder circuits but with zones which support sounders, which means that the zone polarity reverses in the alarm condition. Special bases are required for the two wire panels. Both ranges are available in four and eight zone versions and have the following features:
