Apollo Xpander Wireless Devices
Xpander is Apollo’s wireless intelligent fire detector range, designed to be used where electrical wiring installations are restricted or difficult. Typically used in architecturally sensitive buildings, Xpander can also provide a solution for open air sites and temporary structures not suitable for wired systems. Using a loop connected interface, each Xpander device is assigned an address which is recognised by the fire control panel as the addresses of the hard-wired devices. As with every wireless system a site survey is critical to the system design.
