24V power supplies are a key component in a wide range of fire alarm, life safety, and auxiliary systems. At Firesense, we stock a selection of high-quality 24V boxed power supply units from Advanced, designed to provide a stable, regulated power source for equipment such as fire alarm panels, interface units, sounder circuits, and access control devices.
Unlike EN54-certified models which are mandated for certain parts of fire detection systems, these non-EN54 24V power supplies are ideal for powering ancillary devices and supporting general system functions where EN54 compliance is not a requirement. They are built to a high standard of quality and reliability, offering a dependable power solution for commercial, industrial, and public sector installations.
Our Advanced range includes multiple output options to suit different system sizes:
The 1.5A 24V boxed power supply unit is compact and efficient, ideal for small-scale applications or powering peripheral devices.
The 3A and 5A variants offer greater output capacity for medium to large installations, where multiple devices or more power-hungry components are in use.
For installations requiring more space for cable routing or larger standby batteries, we also offer the 3A boxed PSU in a large enclosure and the 5A PSU in a deep enclosure, providing flexibility for various site requirements.
Each unit is supplied in a robust steel housing with a hinged, lockable door, providing protection in demanding environments. The PSUs are designed for surface mounting and include clear internal layouts for straightforward installation and maintenance. Cable entries are typically positioned for ease of access, and the units are suitable for connection to sealed lead acid (SLA) backup batteries to ensure continued operation during mains power failure.
