At the heart of Firesense is Wendy, whose accounts expertise keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A cat lover, trusted adviser and someone who can make even the most complicated query feel manageable, Wendy is an essential part of the Firesense family. Paul has been a hugely valued member of the Firesense management team for more than 15 years. Between his many hobbies, you will most likely spot him on his bike — or hear him arriving before you see him. As he heads towards retirement, his experience, humour and knowledge will be greatly missed, although we suspect he will have plenty of time for a cider or two. [email protected] 01892 481100

Keith is one of Firesense’s expert Account Managers and one of the friendliest voices you are likely to hear on the phone. A dedicated Arsenal supporter and self-confessed Pot Noodle fan, he brings the same enthusiasm to supporting customers as he does to football. Firesense does not hold the Arsenal part against him. Delphine has been part of Firesense for more than 13 years and brings outstanding knowledge of fire detection products to every customer conversation. A big animal lover, she once spent a year in Sri Lanka helping care for elephants — which is probably why very little phases her. She is also known to appreciate a good glass of wine after a busy week. [email protected] 01892 481100

With more than 14 years at Firesense, Dave is an experienced Account Manager who knows his products and his customers inside out. A football and Marvel fan, he is also famously easy to hear coming from a mile away. What he lacks in quietness, he more than makes up for in customer support and willingness to go the extra mile. Usually found with a croissant nearby, Brian is an established Account Manager with a sharp sense of humour and a serious amount of product knowledge. By day, he supports customers with practical advice. By night, he is likely to be adding to his vinyl collection. [email protected] 01892 481100

Shannon is the final member of the Account Management team, but certainly not the least. A fan of Highland cows, the great outdoors and all things purple, she brings the same energy and positivity to supporting customers as she does to everything else. [email protected] 01892 481100

Jeff helps keep Firesense orders moving from shelf to site. Outside work, he is a dedicated carp fisherman, Northern Soul fan and proud Millwall supporter. He may not always agree with your football team, but he will make sure your order is handled properly.

Colin is an important part of the warehouse operation, helping keep stock organised and orders moving efficiently. When he is not at Firesense, he enjoys guitars, Lego and generally keeping himself busy.

Danny is a husband, father of four and proud West Ham supporter. He gives 100% whether he is at work or in the gym, where he trains three times a week. He is usually smiling, always happy to help and, by his own account, makes a seriously good cup of tea.

Pete supports the day-to-day warehouse operation and helps make sure customer orders leave accurately and on time. He is a Tottenham supporter and enjoys gaming when he gets the chance — although apparently not quite as much as he used to.

Juliet has been part of the Firesense family since 2003, originally testing panels before moving into warehousing. Her interests include stained glass making, Warhammer Alpha Legion models, amateur dramatics, historical costuming, antique Black Basalt ceramics and vintage costume jewellery. There is not much she cannot turn her hand to.
