How to find us

Exit Junction 5 on the M25 taking the A21 towards Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells. Leave the A21 at Tunbridge Wells taking the third exit on the Roundabout Longfield Road signposted towards North Farm Industrial Estate. Follow Longfield Road to new roundabout taking second exit and continue along Longfield road. At next new roundabout take the first exit and continue along the new free flowing Gyratory going past the ‘Great Lodge’ Retail park on your right. Continue on Longfield Road to a further roundabout taking the Third exit on to Dowding Way (McDonalds will be on your Left hand side). Continue along Dowding Way until you reach a  set of Traffic Lights – continue straight across the traffic lights to a second set of traffic lights and a Low Bridge. After passing under the Low Bridge the road becomes North Farm Road - Continue under the bridge and go slightly left and up-hill. At the top of the hill turn Right in to Chapman Way and immediately turn right again. Immediately to your front and to the right you will see a signpost for Orchard Business Centre – Unit 5 is the second to last building on the Left.

In light of the heightened focus on health and safety due to the current Coronavirus situation, we want to assure you that we are following official advice to ensure that we are doing our part in prioritising the well being of both our customers and our staff alike.


Steps we are taking

Our Staff - All of our customer Sales and support staff will be working from home with effect from Wednesday 18th March 2020. There should be no disruption to the normal service that you receive, as both our computer and phone systems enable us to work outside of the office.

Our staff are being provided with up-to-date advice about how to ensure the welfare of both themselves and our customers. This includes advising staff to frequently wash their hands, reduce physical contact with others where possible, and to stay home if they are unwell to avoid unnecessary contamination of others.

Our Stores - The protection and welfare of our staff, maintaining our normal levels of customer service and on-going business is a priority so our warehouse will continue to work as normal and you should receive deliveries as and when required.

If you wish to collect items from the office, you should be aware that we will not be dealing with customers direct and no unauthorised persons will be allowed on the premises. Items for collection will be available in the reception by prior arrangement only.

In the light of the current situation we understand that there may be challenges and disruptions under certain circumstances. With this in mind, please be aware that our staff are doing the best for you and the business and potentially putting themselves at risk of possible infection.
