- THE PROMOTER
1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is: Firesense Ltd, Unit 5, Orchard Business Centre, Tunbridge Wells, Kent. TN2 3XF
- THE DRAW
2.1 The title of the prize draw is ‘The Firesense Ltd No Climb Testifire Prize Draw 2024.’
- HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The prize draw is open to every person who “Likes” and “Shares” the described post in 3.2 and “Follows” Firesense Social Media Accounts, Facebook, X formally Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn. If social account is already following the corresponding Firesense Social account, a “Like” and “Share” of post only is required to gain entry to the competition.
3.2 To enter the competition you must:
“Like” and “Share” the Social Media Post and “Follow” the Firesense social media Accounts, Facebook, Instagram, X Formally Twitter, or LinkedIn.
ONE valid “Like”, “Share”, or “Follow” of the Social Media Post or Account follow will be drawn at random; the first drawn will win the star prize of a Testifire 1001-1-001. Post text is as follows:

3.3 Only “Likes, “Shares” of the Social Media post, or “Follows” from June 3rd, 2024, through to and including June 28th, 2024, will be included in the draw.
3.4 The opening date for “Likes”, “Shares” or “Follows” is 00:00 am on June 3rd, 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11.59pm June 28th, 2024 (the “Closing Date”). Any “Likes”, “Shares” or “Follows” after the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw for the prize.
3.5 One entry will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on July 5th, 2024 (“Draw Date”) and will win the prize (as specified in condition 5.1).
3.6 By entering the prize draw, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you in your entry is true, accurate and complete in every respect. Firesense Ltd reserves the right to verify any information contained in your entry and/or your eligibility to enter the prize draw.
3.7 Firesense Ltd reserve the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, and any applicable law. Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with these terms and conditions could lead to Firesense Ltd disqualifying that person, without Firesense ltd giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
3.8 In the event that a prize-winner is disqualified from the prize draw, Firesense Ltd will select an alternative prize-winner in the same manner as the original prize-winner and such selection will be subject to these terms and conditions.
- ELIGIBILITY
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK, of any age. It is deemed that the parent(s) or guardian(s) of any entrant that is aged under the age of 18 have consented to that person’s entry into the competition and these terms and conditions. Entrants may be required to provide proof of identity and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate to Firesense Ltd satisfaction that their parent/guardian has given their consent to such entry.
4.2 Any person that is:
(a) an employee of Firesense Ltd or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
(b) an employee of agents or suppliers of Firesense Ltd or its holding or subsidiary companies,
who are professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(c) a member of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above,
is not eligible to enter the prize draw.
Firesense Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the prize draw as a result of this condition.
4.3 In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Firesense Ltd may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
4.4 During the qualification dates only ONE “Like”, “Share” and “Follow” will be counted per Social Media Platform, multiple instances will not be included in the final draw.
- THE PRIZE
5.1 The prize is:
- Prize of One Testifire 1001-1-001
5.2 The prize is supplied by Firesense Ltd. Firesense Ltd reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Firesense’s control make it necessary to do so.
5.3 There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4 In order to claim the prize you must comply with condition 7.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1 Detail of the winners of the prize draw (including name and county of the prize winners) will be announced on or after 8th July 2024 (Announcement Date) on the Website and/or Social Media channels.
6.2 The decision will be final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 Firesense Ltd will publish the name and county of the winners on the Company Website, and or social media sites, such as Facebook, X formerly Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, no other correspondence will be entered into.
- CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 Firesense Ltd will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date via direct message on the relevant Social Media Account.
7.2 The winner will be deemed as the Social Media account that has “Liked” and “Shared” the defined social media post, and “Followed” the Firesense Limited Social Media accounts on either Facebook, Instagram, X formerly Twitter or LinkedIn.
7.3 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by replying to the email sent to you by Firesense Ltd in accordance with condition 7.1. In your reply, you must tell us your contact details, including your name, telephone number, email, and postal address. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid and Firesense Ltd will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7.4 The prize will be sent to the winner by post using the details provided by you in accordance with condition 7.3, within 30 days after the Announcement Date.
7.5 Firesense Ltd does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
7.6 No prize will be awarded where any entrant has committed any form of misconduct (as determined by Firesense Ltd in its sole discretion).
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, Firesense Ltd, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, disappointment, personal injury or death occurring as a result of any entrant entering this prize draw, taking up the prize, or as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of Firesense Ltd, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
- DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY
By entering into the prize draw you acknowledge and agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with current Data protection law.
- GENERAL
10.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Firesense Ltd may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
10.2 In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct or results of the prize draw, or any other matter relating to a prize draw, the decision of Firesense Ltd shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by Firesense Ltd.
10.3 Firesense Ltd reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend all or any part of the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to these terms and conditions, or cancellation of the draw, will be posted on the Website. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the terms and conditions.
10.4 These terms and conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
