DELIVERY POLICY

We always aim to keep adequate stock of our entire product catalogue so that we can offer same day dispatch on all orders received before 2.30pm.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders are delivered by Parcelforce on their Express delivery service (usually next day within the UK). Orders are dispatched on the same day provided it has been received by 2.30pm and we have adequate stock.

Our principle carrier Parcelforce courier charges are:

Next Day Delivery Cost £12.50

As standard this service is based on working days (Monday to Friday) and therefore does not include weekends and bank holidays. However, we can provide a Timed and Saturday service if required:

Pre 12 am Delivery Cost £18

Pre 10.30 am Delivery Cost £25

Saturday Delivery Cost £POA

Note: For timed and Saturday deliveries carriers start delivering from 7.30am and someone should be available at the delivery address from that time in case a delivery attempt is made.

NORTHERN IRELAND

We are able to ship items to Northern Ireland via our carriers.

Note: We cannot guarantee next day deliveries for shipments to Northern Ireland – as a guide 2-3 days would be normal delivery time
