FIRESA Council Chairman Bernie Higgins addresses the National Fire Chiefs Council

In September 2021, FIRESA Council was kindly offered the opportunity to provide a video address to the National Fire Chiefs Council. FIRESA Council Chairman, Bernie Higgins, was delighted to oblige, noting the FIA’s already successful liaison with the NFCC Procurement Hub and plans to work jointly on a Procurement Best Practice guide. He also covered a number of challenges facing the FRS supply industry, emphasising the FIA’s commitment to acting with the NFCC and other sector partners to achieve positive outcomes in the Fire and Rescue domain now and in the future.
