Ajax Superior HomeSiren Fibra
Wired siren with an LED connector
Smart wired siren on high alert
Superior HomeSiren Fibra is a wired indoor siren that responds to Ajax system alarms in less than a second. This device emits a sound of up to 105 dB, which is loud enough to deter intruders and alert an entire facility, even as large as a factory. The siren can also indicate exit/entry delays and inform users of alarms from any detector in the system. For example, it is possible to set up a sound signal when the door1 is opened. Superior HomeSiren Fibra users with admin rights can remotely configure alarm types, volume levels, and other siren settings via Ajax apps for PROs.

One device, five missions
Informs of any alert
The siren emits an alarm signal in the event of a threat, such as a fire, water leakage, or intrusion. The loud sound will also help scare away an intruder. An installation engineer configures alarm types and the siren volume in Ajax PRO apps.
Indicates delays
Superior HomeSiren Fibra can be configured to signal the delay when entering or leaving. If the feature is enabled, the built-in or external LED indicator and sound remind a user that the site needs to be disarmed.
Displays the security mode
The siren can inform about a security mode change with sound and light indication. The LED indicator can also be always on to keep the siren’s state secret from outsiders.
Notifies of doors being opened
Superior HomeSiren Fibra provides the Chime feature. It allows the siren to play a specific sound when opening detectors are triggered while the system is disarmed. The feature is ideal for stores, as it instantly alerts employees when new visitors enter.
Provides after-alarm indication
When the after-alarm indication is enabled, the LED indicator signals confirmed and unconfirmed alarms and tamper alarms until the system is disarmed.
Precise sound settings
Superior HomeSiren Fibra is flexible in its settings. The buzzer can be configured to emit sound5 from 81 to 105 dB for an adjustable period: from 3 seconds to 3 minutes. Alternatively, the siren can operate silently, using only the LED indicator to signal alerts. In Ajax apps, installers can configure which detectors activate the siren, avoiding unnecessary alerts.
- Buzzer loudness level of up to 105 dB
- Alarm duration of up to 3 minutes
Unique wired technology
Fibra is proprietary Ajax technology for secure two-way communication between devices and a hub or module that extends the Fibra line. Fibra features encryption and device authentication to prevent sabotage, spoofing, and data theft. The Fibra line supports all types of devices, including sirens, keypads, and detectors with photo verification.
Energy efficiency as a priority
Fibra communication is based on the TDMA principle, according to which each device has a short time frame for exchanging data with the hub. The device’s communication module remains inactive the rest of the time. This significantly reduces power consumption and helps minimize interference even when multiple devices communicate simultaneously.
- TDMA principle
- Power consumption of up to 1.8 W
System supervision
All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the hub. Essential parameters, such as tamper, communication, and power supply statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the hub and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for monitoring companies and users. In case of any malfunction or connection failure, an installation engineer is informed immediately to provide necessary services.
Complex anti-sabotage system
Tamper alarm
The tamper button is triggered when the siren is detached from the surface or dismantled. With the appropriate settings, other sirens in the system can also respond to the tamper alarm.
Short-circuit protection
The system instantly detects a short circuit on the line and notifies both the security company and users. Once the issue is resolved, there is no need to replace fuses, as the system restores operation automatically.
Data encryption
All data the system stores and transmits is protected by block encryption featuring a dynamic key. This robust approach ensures that data cannot be replaced, stolen, or used to reprogram the device.
Device authentication against spoofing
The hub checks the siren’s unique parameters for authentication during each communication session. If any parameter fails the check, the hub ignores device commands.
Regular polling
The device regularly exchanges data with the hub. The system controls each device state and reports if there is a malfunction or connection loss. It takes only 36 seconds6 to detect connection loss and notify the monitoring company and users of the incident.
Data-rich notifications
An Ajax system instantly delivers informative notifications of alarms and events. Monitoring companies and users receive precise details about the incident, including the triggered device, along with the time and location.
PRO is king
The myth about wired systems being difficult to install is busted. Ajax minimized an expensive, long, and dusty experience for PROs by developing an ultimate set of tools to make the process easy and flexible, from project design to client support and system maintenance. There is no need to disassemble the device for installation. Intuitive Ajax apps help quickly make the siren a part of the system, and each device can be reconfigured remotely at any moment. No programming required — everything is available out of the box.
| Installation | Setup | Configuration | Monitoring |
| The SmartBracket panel allows installers to mount the siren on the wall quickly and effortlessly. The installation kit includes all the necessary fasteners. |
The device pairs with the hub automatically via Fibra line scanning. This tool is available in desktop or mobile PRO apps. An installer only needs to name the device and assign it to the room and security group. The device can also be added by scanning the QR code or entering its ID manually. |
Ajax PRO apps provide intuitive remote setup and testing, allowing installers to access all device information from anywhere with an internet connection, using a smartphone or PC. Settings, in particular, can be adjusted remotely, enabling prompt service without the need for on-site visits. |
An Ajax system transmits alarms to the Ajax PRO Desktop monitoring app or any third-party CMS. The security company receives an alarm notification in less than a second. Notifications include all the necessary information, such as the device’s name, the event time, and the exact room where the device is located. |
