Superior Hub G3 Jeweller is the heart of the world's first wireless Grade 3 security system. The hub communicates with Ajax devices using Superior Jeweller and TurboWings protocols. With a range of up to 3,500 m, the wireless connection stays stable even through thick walls and on large sites. The hub maintains internet connectivity through four independent channels — Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and two SIM cards — with automatic switching to always stay online. And with backup power, the system can operate for up to 16 or 60 hours during an outage. All this creates solid ground for the unified Ajax ecosystem — combining intrusion protection, fire and life safety, video surveillance, and comfort and automation.

Unique wireless technologies
Ajax systems use secure two-way communication powered by proprietary radio protocols. Superior Jeweller delivers Grade 3 level reliability with strong encryption, advanced frequency hopping, and outstanding energy efficiency. TurboWings complements it by transmitting visual data, large data packets, and firmware updates. It is also used to transmit device backups to the hub in case of connection loss.

Superior Hub G3 Jeweller uses a 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz mains supply as its primary power source.
The hub can house a hot-swappable battery1 that provides up to 16 or 60 hours of autonomous operation in case of a power outage.

The hub runs on OS Malevich, a real-time operating system developed by Ajax Systems. It is resistant to viruses and cyberattacks and delivers exceptional reliability. Automatic updates arrive within minutes, enhancing performance and adding new features — keeping the system up-to-date for years.
