More flexibility for wireless Grade 3 installations
Superior ReX G3 Jeweller extends the wireless network, ensuring stable communication between an Ajax hub and connected devices across large facilities. The range extender connects to the hub via radio protocols or Ethernet. A single system can include up to five range extenders, each supporting any device combination. Superior Jeweller and TurboWings deliver up to 3,500 m of radio network coverage in open space. Hot-swappable batteries, available in two versions, provide up to 16 or 60 hours of backup power.
Unique wireless technologies
Ajax systems use secure two-way communication powered by proprietary radio protocols. Superior Jeweller delivers Grade 3 level reliability with strong encryption, advanced frequency hopping, and outstanding energy efficiency. TurboWings complements it by transmitting visual data, large data packets, and firmware updates. It is also used to transmit device backups to the hub in case of connection loss.

The range extender features a built-in PSU that is directly connected to a 110–240 V, 50/60 Hz mains supply.
The range extender has a compartment for a backup battery3 providing up to 16 or 60 hours of autonomous operation. The battery can be hot-swapped at any time without powering down the device.
