Hub BP Jeweller is available in its original casing or as a board for installation in Ajax casings. It supports internal batteries with higher capacity. When the hub is installed in the original casing, its state is always visible thanks to the built-in LED indicator. If the hub is purchased without the casing and comes as a board, an external LED can be connected and installed outside the Ajax casing.

Alarm photo verification in 9 seconds

Hub BP Jeweller works with MotionCam and MotionCam Outdoor detectors. When detectors are triggered, they take a series of photos. It helps to evaluate the situation at the facility. Visual verification provides an instant situation assessment, relieving user anxiety and preventing false patrol dispatches for security companies.

Always connected via cellular networks

Communication with the outside world is critical for the security system’s control panel. Its reliability and stability guarantee timely alarm transmission to the security company and users.

Hub BP Jeweller can connect to internet service providers via two SIM cards supporting 2G, 3G, and LTE networks. Different mobile operators can be used for each SIM card to enhance fault tolerance, providing stable connectivity. The automatic switching between channels takes seconds, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation.

Unique wireless technologies

Hub BP Jeweller supports up to three external antennas and uses Jeweller and Wings proprietary radio protocols for reliable communication. Jeweller is responsible for the transmission of commands, events, and alarms, while Wings provides batch transmission of images. Ajax two-way radio communication provides block cipher encryption and device authentication at each communication session between the hub and connected devices to prevent sabotage, spoofing, or data theft.

Hub BP Jeweller can be equipped with an ExternalAntenna to ensure reliable connectivity. Whether the facility is in an open field, or a metal-enclosed vault, this solution helps Hub BP Jeweller overcome signal interference. It enhances the communication between the hub and connected devices, as well as with the outside world. The 3-meter cable allows for optimal antenna placement, boosting Jeweller, Wings, and cellular communication channels. In the event of antenna breaking or damage, the system promptly notifies users and the security company.

The Ajax radio signal range extender expands coverage, ensuring a stable connection for devices located on different floors or at a long distance. It can be installed with a power supply unit (PSU) if the site is off-grid. The hub efficiently manages up to 100 devices without lags, accommodating 50 users and supporting 9 security groups for advanced access control. Automated security

Hub BP Jeweller allows the creation of 32 automation scenarios and expands the system’s capabilities. This flexibility enables PRO users to set up various security configurations to meet their specific requirements. The hub can arm and disarm the entire system or a group by schedule. Take photos by schedule for constant monitoring of the facility and shut off the water in case of a leak. Control lights, electric locks, roller shutters, and garage doors — by arming/disarming, button press, or a detector’s alarm.

Home activity simulation
If a property is left unattended for an extended period, an installer can set up a schedule using Relay Jeweller to simulate home activity with battery-powered lights. This setup makes the house appear occupied, reducing the risk of attracting potential intruders.

Photo surveillance
MotionCam (PhOD) Jeweller and MotionCam Outdoor (PhOD) Jeweller can take photos by schedule. The detectors need just a few seconds to show the actual situation on the scene for constant facility monitoring.

Automatic water shut-off
An Ajax hub can manage water leak detectors and shutoff valves. Upon detecting a water leak, the detector triggers the shutoff valve to automatically stop the water flow within 7 seconds.

Sabotage resistance

Tamper alarm
The enclosure has a tamper button, which notifies the security company and users once the device is dismantled from the mounting panel. The hub can be securely fixed to the SmartBracket mounting panel with screws, enhancing device reliability and resistance to unauthorized access.

Protection against spoofing
Each communication session between the hub and the Ajax Cloud server begins with authentication. If the hub fails the verification, the server will not communicate with it and will notify the user after a minute about the loss of connection.

Authentication of added devices
The hub verifies the unique parameters of each added device during every communication session. If any parameter fails the verification, the hub ignores device commands.

Data encryption
All data the system stores and transmits is protected by block encryption with a dynamic key. The encryption significantly complicates any attempt at intervention in software systems, data spoofing, or theft.

Regular polling of devices
The hub regularly exchanges data with added devices. At minimal polling interval settings (3 data packages every 12 seconds), it takes only 36 seconds to detect communication loss and notify the security company and users about the incident.

The Ajax Cloud server polls Hub BP Jeweller every 10 seconds. In case of simultaneous loss of mobile communication, the server can notify the security control panel about the event within a minute

Data-rich notifications
The Ajax system instantly notifies about alarms and events with informative notifications. Security companies and users receive precise details, including which device triggered the alarm and when and where it happened.

Jamming alert in 30 seconds
Hub BP Jeweller analyzes the noise level in the channel and the quality of communication with added devices. If the noise is high, the hub recognizes it as jamming and promptly sends notifications to users and the security control panel. Additionally, to prevent jamming, Ajax hubs use radio frequency hopping — an automatic frequency change within a band following a specific pattern.

External antenna’s tamper alarm
If one of its external antennas is broken or damaged, the hub will instantly notify the security company and users.

Effortless installation and setup

Ajax has streamlined every installation step, making it simpler than ever — from system design to maintenance and customer support. Installing the hub doesn’t require disassembling its enclosure, and adding the device is quick and easy with Ajax apps. Both internal and external batteries are integrated via convenient connectors. All necessary fasteners are included, and adjustments to settings can be made without the need to visit the facility via the apps.
