It is equipped with an LED frame and a piezoelectric alarm indicator capable of producing sound of up to 113 dB in volume. The siren alerts users to multiple types of alarms, signals delays when entering/leaving, displays the current security mode, and notifies of doors being opened. Superior StreetSiren DoubleDeck Fibra communicates with an Ajax hub using the secure wired Fibra protocol. All alarms and event notifications are instantly sent to Ajax apps, which also allow for remote device management.

Superior StreetSiren DoubleDeck Fibra can be set to indicate a delay when entering or leaving. If the feature is on, the built-in LED frame and sound remind a user that the site needs to be disarmed.

Displays the security mode
The siren’s LED frame can turn on to show that the site is armed or that the system’s security mode has changed or can always be on to avoid unwanted tracking. This is convenient for those who control the security system using a keypad or key fob. Also, the sound indication can be used to notify when the security mode is changed.

Notifies of doors being opened
Superior StreetSiren DoubleDeck Fibra can make a special sound to indicate that the opening detectors are triggered when the site is disarmed. It is a Chimes feature, and it is perfect for stores. Employees will be immediately notified that new visitors have entered.

Fibra is proprietary Ajax technology for secure two-way communication between devices and a hub or module that extends the Fibra line. Fibra features encryption and device authentication to prevent sabotage, spoofing, and data theft. The Fibra line supports all types of devices, including sirens, keypads, and detectors with photo verification.

Energy efficiency as a priority

Fibra communication is based on the TDMA principle, according to which each device has a short time frame for exchanging data with the hub. The device’s communication module remains inactive the rest of the time. This significantly reduces power consumption and helps minimize interference even when multiple devices communicate simultaneously.

System supervision

All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the hub. Essential parameters, such as tamper, communication, and power supply statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the hub and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for monitoring companies and users. In case of any malfunction or connection failure, an installation engineer is informed immediately to provide necessary services.

Complex anti-sabotage system

Tamper alarm
The tamper button is triggered when the siren is detached from the surface or dismantled. With the appropriate settings, other sirens in the system can also respond to the tamper alarm.

Short-circuit protection
The system instantly detects a short circuit on the line and notifies both the security company and users. Once the issue is resolved, there is no need to replace fuses, as the system restores operation automatically.

Data encryption
All data the system stores and transmits is protected by block encryption featuring a dynamic key. This robust approach ensures that data cannot be replaced, stolen, or used to reprogram the device.

Device authentication against spoofing
The hub checks the siren’s unique parameters for authentication during each communication session. If any parameter fails the check, the hub ignores device commands.

Regular polling
The device regularly exchanges data with the hub. The system controls each device state and reports if there is a malfunction or connection loss. It takes only 36 seconds6 to detect connection loss and notify the monitoring company and users of the incident.

Data-rich notifications
An Ajax system instantly delivers informative notifications of alarms and events. Monitoring companies and users receive precise details about the incident, including the triggered device, along with the time and location.

Protected enclosure
The siren enclosure is designed to withstand vandalism and environmental factors. A dense enclosure featuring special sealing bands and sealant provides weather resistance and is certified with an IP54 rating. Durable plastic and metal grating ensure additional security. Secure mounting prevents the siren from being detached from the wall.
