Electromagnetic fire door retainers allow fire doors to be legally held open.
The DRX range is ideal for applications where maximum protection is needed against vandalism or accidental damage. Floor mounting also allows install when the fire door is not near a wall.
When connected into a fire alarm system, power to the electromagnet is removed when the alarm is active; closing the fire door via it’s standard mechanism.
