Superior HomeSiren Jeweller is a smart indoor device that does more than alerting alarms. It can also serve as a security status indicator, notify of door openings​, and display delays when entering or leaving and after-alarm. The device operates autonomously on pre-installed batteries for up to 5 years and uses wireless Jeweller radio protocol to communicate with a hub or range extender at a distance1 of up to 2,000 m. One device — five missions

Informs about any alert
The siren deters intruders and notifies of fire detection, water leaks, and other alarms. An installer can set up the siren to react to the alarm triggered by particular detectors or security groups and adjust the siren volume in an Ajax app.

Indicates delays
Superior HomeSiren Jeweller can be set to indicate a delay when entering or leaving. If the feature is on, the built-in LED and a sound remind a user that the system needs to be disarmed.

Displays a security mode
The siren can inform about a security mode change with a sound and an LED indicator. The indicator can also be always on to show that the system is armed and thus prevent unwanted tracking. To make the light signal visible outside, installers can connect third-party LEDs to the siren.

Notifies of door opening
Superior HomeSiren Jeweller can make a special sound to indicate that an opening detector is triggered when the system is disarmed. This Chime feature is a perfect solution for stores. Employees will immediately know about visitors coming in.

Signals after-alarms
Once the feature is active, the siren’s LED indicator shows confirmed and unconfirmed alarms and lid openings. A third-party LED indicator can also be installed outside to help monitor the security system status.

Stable performance in heat and cold

The Ajax Superior devices are equipped with high-quality batteries from proven manufacturers only. The batteries are tested in real time at the production stage. Afterward, Ajax Systems inspects every unit to ensure the accuracy of the batteries’ characteristics. The temperature range does not affect the capacity, as the batteries provide stable performance in temperatures from –10 °С to +40 °С.

Unique wireless technology

An Ajax system uses two-way secure radio communication based on the Jeweller proprietary protocol. It provides block cipher encryption and device authentication at each communication session with the hub to prevent sabotage, spoofing, or data theft.

System supervision

All Ajax devices perform automatic self-diagnosis and report their states to the hub. Essential parameters, including tamper, communication, power supply, and sensor statuses, are continuously monitored. The Ajax Cloud server controls communication between the hub and Ajax apps, ensuring instant notifications for ARCs, security companies, and users. In case of any malfunction or communication failure, an engineer is informed immediately to provide necessary services.

Sabotage resistance

Tamper alarm
A tamper is designed to detect malicious dismantling of Superior HomeSiren Jeweller. Users and CMS will be immediately notified of this. Other sirens in the system may also activate a sound signal if they are set up accordingly.

Data encryption
Block encryption with a dynamic key protects all the stored and transmitted system data. It makes device reprogramming extremely difficult and protects data from replacement and theft.

Data-rich notifications
The Ajax system instantly delivers informative notifications of alarms and events. Security companies and users receive precise details about an incident, including a triggered device, time, and location.

Device authentication against spoofing
The hub authenticates the device during each communication session by checking its unique parameters. If any parameter fails the check, the hub ignores device commands.

Regular polling
The device regularly exchanges data with the hub. The system controls each device state and reports any malfunction and connection loss.

Communication loss detection
At minimal polling interval settings (3 data packages every 12 seconds), it takes only 36 seconds to detect connection loss and notify the security company and users of the incident.

Effortless installation and setup

Superior HomeSiren Jeweller is ready to operate straight out of the box. Using the SmartBracket mounting panel, an installer can effortlessly mount the device on the wall, eliminating the need to disassemble the enclosure. Ajax apps facilitate quick integration into the ecosystem: simply pair the device with the hub by scanning the QR code. It can always be reconfigured remotely without the need for on-site visits.
