Discover future-proof hardware
Superior MegaHub comes either in its original casing or as a board for installation into Ajax Case in combination with other devices. In the original casing, the hub's current state is always visible via LED indication. If purchased without a casing, an external LED can be connected to the hub's board and mounted outside Ajax Case. This flexibility enables installers to efficiently combine the hub with other devices and arrange them neatly within a single enclosure.
All communicators built in
Superior MegaHub comes fully equipped with all necessary communicators — no additional modules are needed. Built-in radio modules provide seamless connectivity between the hub and system devices. Alarms and events are sent to the monitoring station via Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or cellular communication.
Communication between the hub and system devices
Fibra
Fibra communication technology allows installers to wire lines2 up to 2,000 m long. A single Superior MegaHub can run up to 8 lines. Ajax modules that split, protect, and power the line can extend the connection distance by dozens of times.
Fibra lines are multifunctional and allow for connecting different types of devices at once. All alarms, events, and visual verification data are delivered over the same line without interference. Fibra also features robust encryption and device authentication to prevent sabotage, spoofing, and data theft.
Superior Jeweller
Superior Jeweller delivers Grade 3 level reliability with strong encryption and advanced frequency hopping. It provides a radio communication range of up to 2,000 m in open space. The protocol transmits alarms, events, and readings to Ajax apps in just 0.15 seconds.
The protocol uses polling to display current device states, enabling real-time remote system control. Automatic power adjustment makes it energy efficient by avoiding the constant use of maximum transmitter power. This ensures long-lasting operation of wireless devices on pre-installed batteries.
TurboWings
TurboWings is a wireless technology designed for delivering photo verification data over distances of up to 1,700 m in open space. It also functions as a fallback communication channel that transmits large data packets if the main connection is lost. Once it is restored, TurboWings automatically sends data backups from cameras and detectors to the hub.
VoRF
VoRF is a proprietary audio communication protocol that ensures seamless and secure data exchange between the hub and devices (e.g., voice modules). It enables reliable voice communication between the secured site and the monitoring station. Based on time division duplex technology, the protocol provides simultaneous two-way communication over distances of up to 1,700 m without requiring on-site activation.
Communication with Ajax server and apps
The hub can be connected to three internet providers simultaneously: one via Ethernet and two via cellular networks. Ethernet serves as the primary channel, while two SIM cards with 2G/3G/4G (LTE) support act as backups. If the primary connection is lost, the hub automatically switches to the SIM with the strongest signal — all within seconds.

Reliable cellular communication through any barrier
When the hub is installed in a basement or metal-enclosed space, ExternalAntenna helps overcome cellular signal interference. The 3-meter cable allows for optimal antenna placement for the strongest possible signal. If the cable is cut or damaged, both the security company and users receive an instant alert.

PRO is king
The myth of wired systems being difficult to install is finally busted. Ajax has turned what used to be an expensive, time-consuming, and dusty process into a fast and flexible experience for PROs. A complete set of Ajax tools is meant to make every stage easy and convenient — from project design to client support and system maintenance.
The Superior MegaHub board can be installed into Ajax Case with a flick of the wrist. Intuitive Ajax apps guide installers through setup and help instantly integrate the device into the system. Once added, the device can be configured, tested, and maintained remotely at any time. No programming required — everything is ready to work out of the box.

Wireless connection

Beam topology
Beam (radial wiring) uses one Fibra line and provides up to 2,000 m of wired communication1 without line extenders. A single hub can support up to eight beams or a combination of beams and other topologies.ge or complex facilities.
Ring topology
Ring uses two Fibra lines to form a hub–device–hub loop. If a line is broken, all devices remain operational — the system automatically splits into two beams. Ring offers up to 500 m of wired communication and can also be combined with other topologies on the same hub.
Tree topology
Tree connection helps create more complex system layouts by branching the line with Fibra accessories. Superior LineSplit Fibra divides one line into four branches and extends each by 2,000 m. Superior LineSupply Fibra provides additional power and extends the line as well.
Stable performance even in a blackout
Main power supply
Superior MegaHub features a built-in 110–240 V~ power supply that connects to the mains. Wired Ajax Superior devices are highly energy-efficient, consuming significantly less energy than comparable products from other manufacturers. This allows the entire system to operate without additional modules.
Backup battery
The hub can power the system for up to 60 hours while running on a 12 V⎓, 18 Ah backup battery. And when Battery Power Saver is enabled, the system can operate much longer. Meanwhile, wireless Ajax Superior devices require no external power supply, as they are battery-operated.
Sabotage resistance
Physical protection of the line against breakage
Superior MegaHub supports eight Fibra lines. With wired Ajax accessories, installers can split, power, protect, and extend connections dozens of times. Lines can also be branched to create unexpected cable routes, making tampering more difficult for intruders. With Ring topology, a line breakage forms two fully operational segments without losing any device. The system instantly notifies both the security company and users.
Tamper alarm
The hub that shipped with a standard casing features one tamper button. It triggers an alarm if the hub is detached from the surface. The model without casing allows for connecting an external tamper board sold with Ajax Case.
Device authentication to prevent spoofing
The hub automatically verifies each device's unique parameters during every communication session. If any parameter fails authentication, the hub ignores all commands from that device.
Communication failure detection in 36 s
Each system device regularly exchanges data with the hub and can send three data packets as often as every 12 seconds. If the connection is lost, the system detects it in only 36 seconds and notifies the security company and users about the incident.
Data encryption
All data stored and transmitted by the system is protected with block cipher encryption featuring a dynamic key. This makes it virtually impossible to reprogram the device, substitute, or steal the data.
Jamming detection and frequency hopping
Superior MegaHub constantly monitors the quality of wireless communication with system devices. If data packets are lost, it automatically switches to a different frequency within the band and reports the interference. Both the security company and users are notified about jamming attempts, ensuring the system stays one step ahead of sabotage.
Informative push notifications
In case of an alarm, the system instantly notifies users via Ajax apps with critical alerts that include alarm type, device name, facility name, and room. Each detector-triggered alarm is also assigned a code, enabling monitoring companies to identify it quickly. The hub transmits alarms to the Ajax PRO Desktop app or third-party monitoring software using proprietary protocols. Upon receiving an alarm, operators always know exactly where help is needed.

The hub supports photo and video alarm verification via Ajax MotionCam detectors and security cameras. Integrated in one powerful system, this device combination does the trick. It helps quickly assess the situation, saving users from concerns and monitoring companies from unnecessary patrol dispatches.
Automation for greater safety
Superior MegaHub supports up to 100 automation scenarios, allowing flexible configuration to meet the specific safety requirements of each site. The hub can arm or disarm the system by schedule, and the system can automatically react to events — for example, activate a smoke machine when someone enters the premises, shut off water in case of a leak, or start ventilation if the CO₂ level rises. Lights, electric locks, roller shutters, and garage doors can be controlled by schedule, arming/disarming, button press, or detector alarm.
Automation for greater safety
Operating system with immunity to lags and viruses
The hub runs on a real-time proprietary operating system OS Malevich. It's immune to viruses, resistant to cyberattacks, and extremely reliable. Loading and executing actions takes less than a second from tapping on a smartphone. Each automation scenario is executed within the same rapid timeframe.
The operating system can be automatically updated via the internet. The hub also transmits updates to other connected devices. Each update enhances the overall system performance and adds new features, so Ajax devices evolve and remain relevant for years.
